|He clearly prefers take-out to go. But Toronto Police say the unidentified man, dubbed the 'Fast Food Bandit', has been grabbing money rather than food.|
“The same guy robbed four downtown fast food restaurants in six days last month,” Staff-Insp. Mike Earl said. “So he’s obviously hungry, but for cash” The crook held up a Subway shop on University Ave. around 4:20 p.m. on Oct. 7. Two days later, around 8:25 p.m., he robbed a McDonald’s at Yonge and Grenville — a block from Toronto Police Headquarters. The man next targeted a Pizza Pizza. A little over an hour later he hit a Starbucks on King St. W., near Yonge St.
