San Antonio cop fired after he gave sandwich with feces inside to homeless man

San Antonio police officer Matthew Luckhurst has been fired after an internal investigation determined he tried to give a homeless man a sandwich with feces inside it. “This was a vile and disgusting act that violates our guiding principles of ‘treating all with integrity, compassion, fairness and respect,’ Chief William McManus said in a prepared statement.

Gregory Mickel, another fired San Antonio police officer admitted he had sex with an arrested 46-year-old woman he described as a psychiatric patient in his squad car. He had been with the police department for four years. He was the second officer fired in July because of alleged sexual offenses.
Officer Patrick Muriel, 29, was accused of exposing himself to two females students on the University of Texas at San Antonio campus. Another officer, 31-year-old Kyle Goodwin, was put on administrative duty after a woman reported that he groped her while attending a pool party off duty.

Most recently, officer Jason Rozacky was arrested after his former girlfriend accused him of breaking into her home and assaulting her. He resigned after being arrested for the 3rd time in just over a month.
